Manage the Link connection, your login, rooms, room scheduling, and app information.
Open Settings from the gear at the bottom of the sidebar. Settings is available once you have a Lumirai Link URL, and it is where you fix connection and room problems.
Settings has Lumirai Link, Medstrat Joints, and About Viewer.
Shows the current Link address, or Not Set. Tap it to edit Hostname and Use secure connection, then choose Save. Saving disconnects so you can reconnect to the new server. Use the hostname IT gave you — see Connecting and logging in.
The connection row shows Connected, Disconnected, Connecting…, or similar.
When you are signed in, you’ll see your name and Log out. When you are signed out and Link is connected, choose Log in.
If Viewer still has a saved session, you may see Clear saved login instead of Log out. That forgets the saved sign-in on this iPad. Use it on a shared iPad before handing the device to someone else.
Rooms shows how many rooms this iPad is watching. Open it to turn rooms on or off by location.
If Link has not finished loading rooms, you’ll see No Rooms. Wait and come back, or check the connection.
Room scheduling lives under Settings → Rooms → Room Scheduling. Clinic leads use it so this iPad’s room list changes automatically during the day.
You must be logged in to manage rules.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add Rule | Create a new schedule |
| Apply Rules | Run the matching rules now and update the room list |
| Run Now | Run one enabled rule immediately (swipe or press and hold) |
Each rule has a name, On or Off, a schedule, and the rooms it selects.
When you add or edit a rule:
Swipe a rule to Run Now or Delete. Deleting asks Are you sure you want to delete this rule?
This section is read-only. It shows the Joints account Link provisioned, or Logged out.
If the account is shared — that is, not the same as your Link login — a Shared badge appears. A shared account blocks tapping inside Joints. See Privacy and shared iPads.
You do not sign into Joints from this screen.
About Viewer shows the app name Lumirai Viewer, the version, links to Lumirai and the Privacy Policy, and copyright.
When you contact IT, include the version from this page — not patient names.
