Connect this iPad to your clinic’s Lumirai Link server, then sign in with your Link account.
Lumirai Viewer connects to your clinic’s Lumirai Link server. You sign in with your Link account — not with Medstrat Joints. Link provisions Joints for this iPad after you are signed in.
If the hostname is wrong or the server can’t be reached, Viewer shows Unable to connect. Check the host name and try again. Confirm the hostname with IT and try again.
You can change the hostname later under Settings → Lumirai Link → URL. See Settings.
After a successful connect, Viewer opens Log In.
If you already have a code, choose I already have my OTP, then enter it. To go back to using a password, choose Log in with password.
Forgot password? opens your clinic’s password-reset page in Safari. Use it only in password mode.

On a shared iPad, always log out when you finish — see Privacy and shared iPads.
If Viewer still has a saved login from a previous session, you may see Clear saved login instead. That forgets the saved sign-in on this iPad, so the next person must enter credentials.
When you reopen Viewer, it usually reconnects to Link and restores your session. You may briefly see Connecting… or Resume with your name. If the session expired, sign in again.
