Echo is built for clinical imaging workflows. Patient names, IDs, dates of birth, sex, accession numbers, study descriptions, rooms, and notes are protected health information (PHI). Treat the Echo window like any other clinical system on screen.
Depending on your plan and settings, this computer may keep:
History and sync data are separated per Joints account. Switching users does not mix one person’s History into another’s.
When Tab Sync is on, open-view information is stored in your organization’s OneDrive folder Lumirai Echo Sync. Protection relies on your clinic’s Microsoft 365 tenancy and BAA — not on a personal consumer Microsoft account.
Always use the work account your organization issued. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for Tab Sync.
