Settings

Open Settings from the toolbar gear, the command bar, or ⌘ , / Ctrl ,.

Settings has three sections: Account, Tab Sync, and About.

Settings is available after you sign in with Joints.

Account

Medstrat Joints

• See whether you are Logged in and which email is active
• Log out of Joints in Echo
• Study list display size:
• Bigger Text — larger text (100%)
• Better Layout — more fits on screen (80%)

Lumirai Echo

• Your license tier and any status badges
• Plan comparison (especially useful on Free) — see Plans and accounts
• Retry if Echo is using a cached license or couldn’t verify

Tab Sync

Enable sync, sign in with Microsoft, manage lists, and share. Full walkthrough: Tab Sync.

About

• App version
• Updates — check for updates; when an update is ready, restart Echo (updates install when you quit so a reading session is not interrupted)
• Usage counts (tabs opened, including from sync)
• Links to Lumirai and the Privacy Policy
• Erase local data (see below)

Erase local data

Use this when wiping a computer or troubleshooting a stuck local state.

Erase local data:

• Signs you out of Joints and Microsoft in Echo
• Deletes local History and sync caches for accounts on this computer
• Restarts Echo

It does not delete files already stored in your organization’s OneDrive Tab Sync folder.
