The dashboard: licenses, service health.
Status is the page you land on after signing in. It answers two questions at a glance: is the service working, and what have we paid for.
At the top, a banner reads either Status checks passing or Status checks failing, with the Lumirai API and the Joints API listed separately.
If it says failing, that is a Lumirai-side or connection-side problem, not something to fix in the portal. Users may see errors in Echo at the same time. Check again in a few minutes before contacting support.
Below the banner, the Licenses card is split into two products.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Provider licenses | How many Provider licenses you are paying for |
| Staff licenses | How many Staff licenses you are paying for |
| Subscription status | None, Trialing, Active, Past Due, Paused, or Canceled |
| Subscription updated | When the subscription last changed |
Manage subscription takes you to the Subscription page.
These numbers are what you have bought. To see how many are actually assigned to people, go to Echo Accounts, which shows counts like 2/3.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Room licenses | Lumirai Link room displays |
| Lightbox licenses | Lumirai Lightbox installations |
| License granted | When a license was last issued to an app |
| License updated | When the counts last changed |
Link licenses are not self-service. As the page says: "To change room or lightbox licenses, contact your account manager."
