Event Log and Account Log.
Two logs sit under Logs in the navigation. Both are read-only and cover your practice only.
Neither log contains patient information. They record account and licensing activity — who was granted a license, when a subscription changed, when an app checked in.
API and product events for your account.
This is the technical record: license checks, app update requests, and product events. Reach for it when someone reports that Echo did not recognise their license and you want to see whether a check actually reached Lumirai.
Columns: Timestamp, Event, Source, Category.
Filter by Source (API, Log, Echo, Console, Activity), by Category (Success, Info, Suspicious, Error, Warning, Critical, and a few others), and by Start date / End date. Clear filters resets everything.
Categories are colour-coded, so a scan down the column finds the errors quickly. Rows are shown 100 at a time, newest first, with the total and page controls above and below the table.
Staff and system changes to your account. Select a row to view detail.
This is the administrative record: license grants, subscription changes, and changes Lumirai staff made on your behalf. Use it to answer "when did this change, and who changed it".
Columns: Date, Event, and a Detail icon on rows that carry more information.
Select a row to open the Log Detail panel, which shows the Timestamp, the Event, the Actor who made the change, and the full details underneath.
Filter by Start date and End date.
No log entries found means exactly that — usually the date filter is narrower than you thought. Choose Clear filters and look again before assuming nothing happened.
