History

The patients you opened in the last seven days, kept on Lumirai Link.

History remembers patients you opened so you can return to them quickly. Lumirai Link stores your last 7 days, up to 100 entries.

Open History

  • Choose History in the toolbar, or
  • Press ⌘ Y / Ctrl Y, or
  • Use the command bar and select History, or a recent patient directly

Find a previous patient

  1. Optionally filter by last name, first name, patient ID, or date of birth in the form yyyy-mm-dd.
  2. Click a row to open that patient in Open Studies.
  3. Use the More actions menu to Open in New Viewer or Assign to a watched room — the same actions as Search.
  4. Choose Clear on the filter row to remove filters.

History filters what has already arrived. It does not run a new PACS search.

Event icons

The icon before the name shows how the patient was last accessed:

IconMeaning
ViewerOpened in a viewer
BrowserOpened in a browser
LightboxShown on a Lightbox

A row can also come from browser history. Hover the icon for the exact label.

What gets recorded

Link records an entry when you open and view a patient in this Viewer, or in another Viewer or Lightbox on the same account. Older items fall off after seven days, or once the list passes 100 entries.

History lives on Lumirai Link rather than only on this computer, so logging out does not clear it. Erase local data also leaves History on the server.

Empty list

No History means nothing has been recorded for you yet. No Results Found means your filters hid every row — choose Clear.

Tips

  • The command bar is often faster than browsing the full table when you remember part of a name.
  • Opening from History uses the studies already selected for that patient. In Search, Open in New Viewer prefers the most recent study.
  • To wipe the saved login and cookies on a shared workstation, see Erase local data in Settings.
