Free, Staff, and Provider.

Echo has two layers of account:

  1. Medstrat Joints — how you sign in to open studies
  2. Lumirai Echo — your Echo license (Free, Staff, or Provider)

How to see your plan

  • Look at the status bar: Echo Free or Echo Pro
  • Or open Settings → Account → Lumirai Echo

Your license may also show a badge such as Trial, Past Due, Paused, Canceled, or License Disabled. The Account page explains what that means and who to contact (often your clinic administrator or billing contact).

Upgrading

From Account settings (or when you hit the one-view limit), choose View plans and pricing / See plans to open Lumirai’s Echo plans page in your browser.

Clinic licenses are usually managed by your organization — ask your admin if you need Staff or Provider access.

If Echo can’t check your license

If the license server can’t be reached, Echo may:

  • Use a cached license for a limited grace period (with a Retry option), or
  • Fall back to Free limits until the check succeeds

When the check fails, Echo shows a retry path rather than an upgrade pitch — your clinic may already have a license that simply couldn’t be verified yet.
