A quick tour of the screen.
After you sign in, Echo’s main window has a few fixed areas. Knowing where things live makes the rest of this guide easier to follow.
At the top you will see Search or jump to…. Click it (or press ⌘ P / Ctrl P) to open the command bar — the fastest way to search for a patient or jump to a recent view.
Just below the title bar:
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Study List | Shows the Medstrat Joints worklist |
| Search | Search PACS by name, patient ID, or date of birth |
| History | Views you opened recently (Pro) |
| Settings | Account, Tab Sync, and About |
You can also use ⌘ 1 / Ctrl 1 for Study List, ⌘ 2 / Ctrl 2 for Search, and ⌘ 3 / Ctrl 3 for History.
On the left, Open views lists every study viewer you currently have open. Click a row to switch; use the X to close. See Open views.
You can hide or show the sidebar with the sidebar toggle, and drag the divider to resize it.
This is where the Study List, Search, History, Settings, or an open study viewer appears.
